To put it simply, John has lived up and delivered to every sense of the company name since taking over Rock Solid Services.

Taking over a company is hard enough as it is, but doing so during a pandemic and inventory shortages takes it to a new level. John stepped up and hit it out of the park.

John always answered or retuned calls and texts promptly and was pleasant to talk and chat with. He delivered my dock and lift components to my challenging site well before the ice was out to ensure I'd have it for the boating season. I had a couple of modifications to my setup requiring extra parts. John delivered them promptly. In the fall, I ordered the float and roll system to help manage moving my lift easier. John picked it up at the Floe factory to ensure I had it to meet my scheduling needs vs waiting when it would have otherwise been delivered to John with the rest of an order.

Without hesitation, I went back to John this fall to order additional dock sections for my expansion needs.

My only regret is that our schedules didn't match up to enjoy a beer together on the dock last summer. This coming summer they will and we'll toast to the completion of my project.

I dealt directly with the owner, John. After meeting him at the Mpls. boat show, he said coming to NW WI was not a problem. We have had issues in our area finding someone to sell and service FLOE. To our surprise, ice went out and within a week we had our new lift and our dock in the water and he took our old on trade; same day. Very simple when someone does what they say they will. My lift needed some repairs a few days ago. Got a hold of John the new owner of this business. He happened to be in the area with his boat and crew.
